NOTICE TO RESUME WORK OR OF MEASURES SATISFIED,
IN THE MATTER OF THE CANADIAN ENERGY REGULATOR ACT,
FOLLOWING AN ORDER UNDER SECTION 109(1)
The undersigned Canada Energy Regulator Inspection Officer hereby notifies:
Westcoast Energy Limited Partnership that the hazardous or detrimental situation described in Order No. SN-001-2025 has been remedied to the satisfaction of the Inspection Officer.
Therefore,
- suspended work may resume, and/or
- X the measures specified in the Order have been satisfied.
