Montreal Pipe Line Limited’s Final Audit Report

The CER conducted an Emergency Management Program audit of Montreal Pipe Line Limited.

The objective of this audit was to verify that the company has developed and implemented specific elements of an emergency management program in accordance with the requirements of the Onshore Pipeline Regulations.

Of the seven regulatory requirements evaluated, three had no issues identified and four were deemed non-compliant.

We will monitor Montreal Pipe Line’s Corrective and Preventative Action Plan to address issues found in the audit.
