Trans Mountain Pipeline Interim Tolls Hearing Update

The CER Commission has approved Trans Mountain’s request to pause the regulatory process for its Interim Tolls Application, including the oral hearing scheduled to begin on November 17, 2025.

Trans Mountain and Firm Service Shippers have indicated they are in active commercial discussions to reach a toll settlement and will provide an update on the status of negotiations by February 6, 2026. Firm Service Shippers may request the Commission re-commence the hearing at any point. Regardless of whether a settlement is reached, the Commission will still need to rule on the tolls submitted by Trans Mountain.
